Cancellation Policy

Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policy. - Booking Deposit: In order to confirm the tour and reserve the date we require a $100 USD booking deposit which can be paid by credit card or PayPal using our secure payment system. - Payment: The remaining balance of the tour can be paid with cash, credit card or PayPal too using our secure payment link on the day of the tour, before the end of the tour. - Cancellation Policy: The booking deposit is fully refundable in case if you need to cancel the tour up until 48 hours before the start time of the tour. If the tour is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice before the start of the tour the booking deposit is not refundable any more. In the case that we as the tour operators are not able to provide the tour for any reason such as emergencies or weather conditions then we will refund the full booking deposit amount.
